Jill Pratt is a well known watercolour artist who lives in St. Catharines, in the shadow of the escarpment. It is here that she finds constant and abundant inspiration. Whether painting the shores of Sauble Beach, the rugged trails in Tobermory or the vineyards of Niagara, she hopes her watercolours reflect the love and respect she holds for the land.

Thank you to all those who attended the August Shows! Many of my favourite paintings sold and, though I'll miss them a bit, I'm thrilled that people appreciate my work . I hope that each one of you will find pleasure in the paintings for many years to come!
A new season is approaching and I'm looking forward to getting back into the studio! I will try to keep this site updated with new paintings and, as requested, put the size and price on them!
A beautiful cold weekend trip to Ottawa inspired a few wintery landscapes.
The Escarpment
Again, the reflections are distorting the painting. One of my favourites because it is the view from out front window...not for sale.
Great Wall Of Sauble
This was already framed so the reflection off the glass is unfortunate.I am really pleased with the painting though. The hard working men who put the sand fencing up year after year will know that the fencing doesn't actually belong on this dune, but I moved it here...artistic license!
